An effective coaching system ensures the right coach is in the right place, at the right time to meet the needs of participants - from grassroots to elite performers.

Sport coaching requires sound understanding of athlete development and effective communication strategies. Year after year, our research confirms that great coaching encourages people to be more active and play more and better sport, more often. Coaches not only enhance sport and activity experiences, but increase and sustain active lifestyles. In turn, this brings enormous health and well-being benefits to the nation.

It’s our lacking that most of the organizations, education bodies or academies are working with only a single sports teacher usually known as a P.T. sir/ madam, due to that the future of every upcoming player in our country is ZERO. In a very simple language if any player wants to be a sport star then he/she must get trained by an expert of a particular sport who can clear the technicalities of every step or move  of that individual game  with a proper timing, force and grip. Cause only mentally strong player can overrule any physically strong player

Our mission is to put coaching at the heart of physical activity and sport, transforming lives and creating an active nation. The task of a coach in developing optimally effective relationships that the athlete can use for growth, change and personal development is a challenging one, because it is a measure of the growth they have achieved in themselves. This implies Our Governing Body affiliation is a vital part of the sport of Athletics and allows the sport to function effectively and fairly. As the Governing Body, we have a responsibility to ensure that all of our coaches act in the best interest of the sport and contribute towards our nation strategy, through the provision of high quality coaching, development and competition opportunities.

Sport and exercise psychology research has largely studied the interpersonal dynamics between coaches and athletes from a leadership approach. The behaviors, actions and styles coaches employ in their coaching. Emphasis is placed on how behaviors are perceived by the athletes and the coaches themselves, and their relative impact on outcomes such as satisfaction, self-esteem, and performance. This approach may be limited especially if one considers coach leadership as a function that can be shared. Ultimately, a focus on what one person does to another may not accurately reflect what goes on between coaches and their athletes.
A coaching system is made up of a number of components that recruit, develop and retain a skilled and qualified coaching workforce. These include:
– An understanding of the needs of participants
– Coach qualifications and professional development
– Support for coaches
